When your existing deal comes to an end you need to ensure that you can refinance onto a new deal that is competitive and allows you to fulfil your plans whether they be expansion, disposal or just more of the same. This should be reviewed annually or at least 6 months before the end of any current deal as the market is much more complex than when you last arranged funding – the lenders have many varying requirements and interpretations of the FCA and PRA guidelines.
